This week at the Soup Shop we have delicious asparagus soup, a new cake to enjoy, and a healthy delicious side salad to make.

We are on a roll this week! Jessie’s outdone her amazing triple chocolate cake by adding a raspberry filling. We have yummy bratwurst from Fields Edge, zesty homemade salad dressings, and Thai Ginger Carrot Soup!

So much new to share with our customers at the Soup Shop! Goshen dairy products, Gypsy Girl Cheesecakes, Homestead Ice Cream, Piedmonte Peanut Butter and Jessie’s Bakery Goods.

Come sample our craft-made jams, mustards, and sauces, einkorn flour, meals to go, and SOUP!

So much to share with our opening weekend. Bakery goodies, new soups and sauces, something for every tastebud to savor!

Big things are happening as we plan our reopening. We have a baker on board (Jessie’s Bakery), updated hours/days of operation, and some great guest appearances are in the works!

The Soup Shop, located at 7350 N Floyd Highway (Rt 221) in Copper Hill VA, is NOT just about soup!
