My go-to for Roasted Veggies and all Cooked Squash!!
¼ cup tahini
1 clove garlic smashed
1 tablespoon grainy mustard- we have three in the shop!
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon maple syrup
¼ cup ice water, plus extra if needed
sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
