FRESH Mint and Pasta perfection

Cook one pot of pasta (I love Jovial Gluten-free) and rinse with cold water. Set aside
Add one container of my herb pesto/or basil pesto and 1/2 cup olive oil – salt and pepper to taste
Chop 1/2 cup mint leaves- stir in
Add chopped tomatoes or any fresh veggie
Add chopped buffalo mozzarella or your favorite white cheese
Stir well chill 20 minutes serve and enjoy!
