Cheesy Grits

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups buttermilk or REAL whole milk- Um not at the grocery!
2 cups of water
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 cup GDG grits
4 tablespoons Good butter
8 ounces white cheddar, or your favorite sharp cheese- NOT the Kraft – plastic – hehehehe!

Soak Grits in the fridge overnight in milk – take out on hour before cooking and let get to room temp – add the remaining ingredients except cheese – cook 15 minutes – stirrrrrrrr- add cheese stir – SERVE up some LOVE!
