**Meals To Heat and Eat: Feeds 2 – Fresh Not Frozen- ready to warm and serve – We (um that would be ME) only make a few at a time – Please call to reserve if you have a special request- We would love to know your favorite and any request you have!
Beef Layered Lasagna – local Beef, Roasted Veggies Ricotta and Asiago Cheese – you may want “2”!!
Beef Pot Roast – Thick- rich, hearty and super filling – can be frozen if you like- for later- Serves 2
Honey Maple Garlic Glazed Chicken over Rice- A Best Seller – Not too spicy – comes with Asian Rice!
Sausage Sundried Tomato Quiche and NEW – Quiche with Greens, Bacon and 3 cheeses!

SOUPS – Can you ever have enough SOUP – Starting this week we will have 2 NEW soups, and 2 (YUP!) 2- HOT SOUPS every day ready to serve:
Wed -Butternut Squash and Chicken Corn Chowder with Bacon
Thursday : Chicken Noodle and Lentil Carrot Kale

DEER PARK Farm is in the house: Mama’s Tomato Sauce, Corn and Black Bean Salsa, Mango, Peach and Hot Salsa — KRAUT too- We love to share the best farms and the best food in Floyd County!
STEAKS are in! Ossco Buco, Mild Ground Italian Sausage, Chorizo Bulk Sausage and Links – Short Ribs as well – Flank Steak, Sirloin – Hamburger

OMG Susan, I just gained 10 pounds reading and taking in the essence of this weeks selection. I had room in my left leg for the lasagna and save my right leg for your wonderful soups. Now to start walking and make room for more….keep it coming. In love and gratitude for all you do. Karen
