1-2 tablespoons Jam – scrape the bottom of the jar
2-3 teaspoons Dijon or spicy mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar or juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Shake Shake shake – add some smashed garlic if you are having fun! In the same jar of the leftover Jam! EASY and NO need to wash!
Pour over roasted Veggies, over a salad with greens and some yummy berries and nuts, or top your toast with this yummy spread and add cheese – you always need CHEESE!
