2 cups Flour- Einkorn is the best! Always use the best and fresh!
1 tbs Baking Powder
2 tbs Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup ButterMilk – GOSHEN
1/3 Cup Butter – Cold and cut in pieces
Preheat oven to 425
use 8X8 Baking pan for cobbler topping or baking sheet for biscuits
Mix your ingredients crumble in butter add milk until it forms a nice texture. Blending with a fork first really helps mix well but not too long!
Get some flour on your hands to make biscuits shape and place on parchment paper bake for 10-12 minutes
For topping pour over what ever you like sweet or savory – bake 10 minutes
