I was so pleased to see your email this morning. Funny that I have just finished going through my soup recipes picking out the ones I want o make in the coming weeks. I picked Ham and split pea, Taco Soup given to me by my college roommate years, and years ago, and Mike’s Gar- Leek soup from a Dugsper neighbor from Houston. I also picked 2 desserts. Martha Stewart’s Pear and Almond Frangipane Tart and an Eclair Cake given to me by a fellow teacher at Stone Mountain High School, Georgia in the 70”s. I will send the Eclair Cake recipe to you. It is easy to make, freezes well, and is delicious.
I loved reading your list of soups. I wish we lived closer to the Soup Shop.
We’ve had snow on the ground for a week. Looking forward to warmer weather.
